The initial consultation is $4,500, which defines scope, deliverables, deadlines, and required expertise. A detailed quote for the identified work follows. You approve the scope before any billable project work begins.
Longer term contracts are available for 3, 6, or 12 months, paid monthly. Each retainer includes executive coaching sessions. Pricing is based on the size and scope of your operation and the need for subject matter expert involvement.

Yes. Michelle leads every engagement and manages the subject matter experts involved. You are not handed off to a random team member after the initial conversation. Michelle will pull together a team of subject matter experts as needed to support your particular project.
Scope changes happen. When they do, we will flag the change, explain how it affects the timeline and cost, and get your approval before any additional work begins. No one bills you for work you did not agree to.
